Da Jia Hao! Sheng Dan Jie Kuai le!(Hello everyone! Merry Christmas!)
I don't have a lot of time because we set up a soccer appointment with some members in like 10 minutes.
So Pueblo is super sick. My first day in the "field" was Saturday and my comps like to wake up at 5 and do some
early working out so that's pretty rad haha. After that we got some sick studying in and then went on exchanges so
we could teach all of our lessons. My first lesson was with this little kid named Omar. It was our first lesson with him
and at first he was super skeptical but I told him I used to be in a bit of a rut myself and through the Book of Mormon
and going to church, i was able to get through it. After that he started to change and by the end of our lesson he was
asking if we had a Book of Mormon so he could read it and REALLY wants to get baptized so we'll see how that goes!
I'm super excited!!
Next we went and helped this lady move. We pulled up to this super nice looking building thinking it was all pleasant,
but boy were we wrong!! Haha! She wanted to move because her car had gotten jacked and some drug dealer tried to
sleep in her house one night by breaking in the door. Some sketchy people were coming in and out. We had to have
one of us watching the door, one person moving her stuff, and one person watching the car. Crazy crazy ol' Pueblo. I
guess my ride just left and I have to run down to the field now so I have to go but I hope you all have a great week!!!
Merry Christmas again.
